Paolo Gazzola is an experienced professional in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as Solution Engineering Team Leader at AVL SET GmbH since March 2018, where responsibilities include technical sales management and project management. Prior to this, Paolo worked at Bruel & Kjaer Sound & Vibration Measurement A/S as Solution Engineer for Automotive Europe, focusing on business development and customer-specific solutions. Paolo's experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Fiat Chrysler Latin America, overseeing the Powertrain Engineering Center, and various roles at AVL, where contributions spanned from engineering support and business development to design of engine testing systems. Earlier in the career, Paolo was an Engine Test Engineer at Ferrari, responsible for vibration and reliability tests of F1 engines. Education includes a Master's Degree in Engineering from Università di Pavia and a Master's in Human Resources from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
