Rhys Smith currently serves as VP of Business Services at AVK/SEG Limited since 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon in Customer Experience from 2022 to 2024, Principal Consultant positions at PA Consulting and McChrystal Group between 2021 and 2021, and leadership roles at Emirates Group, where Rhys was the Head of Transportation (Interim) and Head of People Readiness from 2016 to 2018. Rhys also held the position of Programme Director at Constellis from 2011 to 2016 and served as an Army Officer - Captain in the British Army between 2006 and 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Bristol, with additional training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
