Adhikaansh Tayal is a Business Analyst with extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Level 2 Business Analyst at AVIZVA since September 2021. In this role, Adhikaansh leads business analysis for various IT projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives through in-depth stakeholder interviews and workshops. Previously, Adhikaansh worked at Ally Wiredsoft Solutions (P) Ltd. from November 2019 to September 2021, focusing on web applications related to data commerce, security audits, and health industry marketing software. Before that, Adhikaansh contributed to the development of HR recruitment software at Talentoj from May 2017 to November 2019. Adhikaansh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017, and received senior secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physical Education from Modern Delhi Public School.
