Sara Lachiheb-Bernier is a skilled recruitment and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles, including current positions as RecOps at in Residence | WEFY Group and Talent Acquisition Manager for multiple clients under the RPO model. With a background in creating innovative recruitment processes and methodologies, Sara has contributed to the success of tech startups and scale-ups, as well as larger organizations in sectors such as gaming, fintech, and mobility.
