Alix Dauverchain is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People in Residence at Avizio since April 2022, Alix previously held the role of Head of People at Celeros Flow Technology, where responsibilities included defining HR policy, managing professional development, and overseeing organizational performance for a site of 200 employees.
