Eszter Morvay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and business coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Data Platform at Aviva, Eszter has co-founded and directs Clear Light International, focusing on holistic business coaching and training. As the Founder and CEO of MI8 Consulting, Eszter has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Head of Data, Research & Insights, and International Sales Research Manager at Reed Exhibitions, along with progressive research positions at IDC, where responsibilities ranged from Research Analyst to Research Manager. Eszter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2002.
