In various roles, including Fraud Consultant and Fraud Team Manager, Anne has specialized in managing investigations and broker relationships, overseeing a team of eight investigators, and identifying fraud trends. A secondment in Financial Crime Operations allowed Anne to develop skills in intermediary investigations, control testing, and sanctions screening. Educational background includes studies at Norwich City College from 1987 to 1989.
