Alma Barraza, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Impact and Innovation at Aviva Family and Children's Services since March 2023. Previously, Alma held the role of Program Manager for Interviewer Experience at Meta, overseeing interviewer training programs and enhancing operational efficiency. At St. Anne's, Alma was the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager, where responsibilities included quality assurance, achieving national agency reaccreditation, and implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives. Experience also includes research assistance at the University of Southern California, admissions coordination at RiverMend Health, and behavioral facilitation at Learning and Behavioral Center, LLC. Alma holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Brain and Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester.
