Vasily Sayapin has over 15 years of professional work experience in the engineering field. Vasily began their career in 2006 as a Senior Developer and Team Leader at Motorola. In 2011, they were promoted to Project Leader at Motorola Mobility. From 2013 to 2019, they held the role of Senior Member of Technical Staff at Quantenna Communications. Vasily then moved to onsemi as a Principal Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Principal Engineer. In 2023, they began working as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Aviva Links.

Vasily Sayapin obtained an Engineer's Degree from The Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications between 1997 and 2002.
