Odeya Noble-Bougay serves as the Director of Product Design - B2B at AVIV Group since 2023. Previously, Noble-Bougay held the position of Head of Design and Analytics at Rightmove from 2015 to 2022, focusing on analyzing user behaviors to enhance the core platform and develop a new marketplace. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Design and Creative Direction at Deutsche Telekom AG from 2011 to 2015, where Noble-Bougay managed a vast portfolio of digital products and scaled the design team across Europe. Noble-Bougay was also a Creative Lead at T-Mobile and an Lead Interaction Designer at the University of Westminster, where responsibilities included leading course modules. Earlier career roles feature Art Director and Lead Design at UI Human Factors ltd and broadcasting as a Radio DJ and Sound Engineer at Galgalatz. Odeya Noble-Bougay earned an MA in Design for Interactions from the University of Westminster.
