Nicolas Van Damme is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in mobile application development and digital experience design. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Mobile Channels and Head of Digital Experience at AVIV Group since May 2022, Nicolas leads a team focused on best practices in design, development, delivery, and data. Prior to this role, Nicolas held various positions at Immoweb, including Head of Front-End Applications and Head of Mobile Apps, emphasizing high-quality software development and Agile methodologies. Experience at ING Belgium involved developing mobile applications for Android and iOS within a DevOps framework. Nicolas began a career as an independent web developer and worked with multiple organizations, gaining expertise across diverse domains.
