Ipek A. is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at AVIV Group, a real estate tech company owned by Axel Springer. Prior to this, Ipek held various roles in talent acquisition and human resources at companies such as Axel Springer National Media & Tech, Uniper, Deutsche Telekom, and Kienbaum. Ipek has a Master of Science in Psychology from Ulm University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from both Ulm University and California State University, Long Beach.
