Tammy Henson is a seasoned nursing professional currently serving as a Registered Nurse at Avita Community Partners since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tammy held significant leadership positions at Amedisys Home Health, including Vice President of Operations from October 2018 to April 2021, and various roles from Clinical Manager to Field Nurse over a fifteen-year tenure at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice. Tammy's early career includes a decade as a Critical Care Nurse at Stephens County Hospital.
