Nicole Ridley has extensive experience in social services and behavioral health, currently serving as Program Manager at Avita Community Partners since August 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing facilities management and providing comprehensive social services to clients and families. Prior roles include Behavioral Health Specialist at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, where care was provided to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and a Certified Nursing Assistant at Health Partners Home Healthcare Inc., assisting elderly patients with daily living activities. Earlier experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Technician at Eastern State Hospital, delivering nursing care to behavioral health patients. Nicole Ridley holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Saint Leo University and both an Associate and Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Criminal Justice/Psychology from the same institution.
