Zach has experience in leading large-scale projects, developing operational strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Zach holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment Business, and an Associate's Degree in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University.
