Ted Hermann is an experienced real estate professional and business owner with a diverse background in real estate management, construction coordination, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as Real Estate Manager at Avista since April 2014, Ted directs all real estate activities, including rights-of-way, acquisitions, and corporate documentation. In addition to this role, Ted is the Designated Broker/Owner at Spokane Real Estate Brokers and the Managing Member of The Hermann Group, LLC, focusing on real estate investments. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ted also founded Design Works Mfg, specializing in collegiate licensed products. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Loon Lake Sand and Gravel and Director of Special Projects at Ponderay Valley Fibre. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Washington State University.
