Shana Gail is an experienced professional with a robust background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and business quality assurance. Since March 1995, Shana has held multiple roles at Avista Utilities, including Senior GIS Analyst, Metering Automation Analyst, Business QA Lead for the AFM .NET Conversion, and GIS Analyst/Developer. Additionally, Shana founded Sign ASL With Your Kids, where workshops are conducted to teach parents American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate with hearing infants and children. Shana is a Certified Instructor with the Sign2Me Presenter Network. Shana's educational background includes studies at Whitworth University, Eastern Washington University, and Community Colleges of Spokane.
