Angela Koker is a seasoned professional in customer experience and sales management, currently serving as Customer Experience Program Manager at Avista since February 2018. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Regional Account Executive and worked at Pearson Packaging Systems from October 2006 to February 2018, where responsibilities included Sales Operations. Angela began professional career as a Marketing Coordinator at Virtual Education Software, Inc. from May 2001 to September 2006. Angela earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Eastern Washington University.
