Samantha Wong, CPA, CGA, is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Avison Young since July 2022, Samantha has also held significant leadership roles, including Director at Ryland Financial since January 2014 and Controller at Aquilini Development from December 2015 to July 2022. Previous experience includes Senior Accountant at Omicron Canada Inc. and Accountant at The Ascent Partnership, Chartered Accountants. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from The University of British Columbia (2002-2006) and became a Certified General Accountant between 2006 and 2009.
