Guillermo (Will) Suarez is a Principal at Avison Young since December 2020, specializing in investment sales and transaction management across various property types within the Fairfield/Westchester office. Previously, Suarez served as Managing Director at JLL from September 2018 to December 2020, where over 50 properties with a total value exceeding $750 million were sold. Prior to that, Suarez was a Senior Director in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on commercial real estate brokerage in Lower Manhattan. Early career roles include Vice President of Ad Sales at SnagAJob.com, Vice President of Sales at Minyanville Media, Sales Director at PointRoll, and various sales leadership positions at AvantGo and Engage Media. Suarez holds a BS in Industrial Design/Business from the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Iona Prep with a High School Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
