Gavin Quinlan is a seasoned professional in the field of valuations and property management, currently serving as Divisional Director, CPO & Valuations at Avison Young in Ireland since September 2018, following an earlier role as Associate Director in the same department. Prior to that, Gavin held the position of Chartered Valuation Surveyor at Real Estate Alliance from November 2003 to September 2018, being recognized as a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI). Gavin began a career in banking at AIB from September 1998 until December 2002 and worked as an Account Assistant at Fyffes earlier from January 1997 to September 1998. A graduate of the University of Greenwich, Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management.
