Jim started their career as an Account Executive at McCann, where they managed the Coca-Cola Classic business and received recognition for their contributions to an award-winning advertising campaign. Jim then worked as a Specialist in Brand, Retail, and Product Marketing at Levi Strauss & Co.

Jim later joined LoyaltyOne, where they held multiple roles. As an Associate Director, they crafted LoyaltyOne's B2B digital roadmap and led the digital transformation of web, email, social media, and CRM strategies. Jim was also promoted to oversee the business transformation of AIR MILES' eCommerce D2C business.

Jim's experience at Cineplex involved developing strategic plans to drive business results, maximize customer lifetime value, and lead the digital transformation and product marketing strategies.

Jim also founded their own consultancy, Partington Marketing & Loyalty/CX Consultancy, where they worked with senior management to transform the customer experience and increase customer lifetime value.

Recently, Jim has been an Advisory Board Member at VMS and is currently serving as the VP of Client Acquisition & Engagement at Aviso Wealth. At VMS, they worked as a consultant focused on business development and driving incremental revenues through innovative digital products.
