Ravi Adgulwar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ravi is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Avisa Myko Inc, where they have developed a cost-effective fermentation technology to produce melanin. Prior to this, Ravi was the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Avisa Biotech Pvt Ltd, a startup in biotechnology with a focus on microbial metabolites. Ravi also served as the VP of Strategy and Business Development at Pantheon FZE in Dubai, a specialty chemicals company. Ravi's earlier experience includes roles at Tata Chemicals, where they worked as an Assistant General Manager in the Nutraceuticals and Ingredients division, and as a Product Manager and Head of Global Accounts and Exports. Ravi also held managerial positions in special projects, including strategy formulation and cost-saving initiatives. Ravi began their career at Tata Chemicals as a Project Engineer and later worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and Assistant Engineer.

Ravi Adgulwar has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Nagpur University. Ravi completed this degree at an unspecified start and end year. Additionally, Ravi attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained an Executive Management Program degree with a specialization in General Management (M E P ).
