Luis Javier Leiva Polonio has a strong background in finance and business development. Luis Javier began their career at Roca Sanitario, S.A. in 2009, where they worked in business development and sales in the New York area. Luis Javier was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's strategy in several states, as well as creating new relationships with distributors and contractors. During their time at Roca Sanitario, S.A., they achieved a 30% increase in revenue and helped establish a new warehouse in New Jersey. In 2012, Luis joined Avis Budget Group as a Planning Analyst, where they were responsible for managing revenue and selling costs. Luis Javier later worked as a Senior International Revenue Controller/Planning Analyst, overseeing monthly forecasts and analysis of revenue and costs in the South Region. In 2015, they were promoted to Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, and in 2018, they became the Finance Director for Spain and Portugal.

Luis Javier Leiva Polonio completed a Master's degree in Finanzas at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros from 2012 to 2013. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School for a short course on Business Strategy titled "Driving Corporate Performance."
