Jeff Roncone has over 19 years of work experience in various roles within the technology field. Jeff is currently the Director of Information Technology at Avionte Staffing Software. Prior to this, they worked at Con Edison as a BA/Technical Project Manager, where they played a key role in the development and implementation of a new in-house payment and billing system. Jeff also has experience at Netsmart Technologies as an Enterprise Architect and Senior Information Technology Manager, where they oversaw multiple projects and managed a team of support staff. Earlier in their career, they worked at Designtex as a Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for server management and troubleshooting.

Jeff Roncone attended Bay Shore High School from 1988 to 1991 and earned a High School Diploma, with a focus on Information Technology. In 2023, they obtained a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
