Stephen Gross is an experienced professional in the aerospace and engineering sectors, currently serving as President and formerly Vice President of Operations at Avionic Instruments since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and Engineering Manager/Quality Manager at Spence Engineering from August 2012 to December 2015, and Manager of Test Engineering at Sigma-Netics from June 2001 to August 2012. Stephen began their career as an Engineer at Marotta Controls, Inc. from June 1998 to May 2001. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Integrated Product Development from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
