Gerwin Huizing is a professional with extensive experience in software testing and information analysis, currently serving at Avinty since January 2022. Previously, Gerwin was a PhD candidate at Universiteit Twente from October 2017 to January 2022, contributing to the Council of Coaches project, which involved collaboration among various European universities and companies. Prior to that, Gerwin worked as a Product Owner at VIR e-Care Solutions, focusing on user experience, usability research, and requirements engineering from February to September 2017. In an earlier role as an intern at Dezzel Media, Gerwin participated in a research project on the cognitive benefits of brain training games for elderly individuals. Gerwin holds a Master of Science in Applied Cognitive Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Leiden University.
