Lukasz Pitera has a strong background in sales and technology. Lukasz began their career as an IT Technician at Club 39 in 2003. In 2005, they transitioned to an Assembly Technician role at Merit LILIN UK Ltd before becoming an Installation Engineer at Oggle Remote Video & Security in 2007.
In 2010, Pitera returned to Merit LILIN UK Ltd as an Internal Account Executive, where they were involved in all aspects of the sales procedure and focused on sourcing, developing, and servicing existing customers. Lukasz held this position until 2014 when they joined IDIS Europe Ltd as the Internal Sales Support Executive. Here, they continued to be involved in all aspects of sales while also maximizing business potential and recovering lost clients. In 2015, they were promoted to Head of Internal Sales at IDIS Europe Ltd, where they managed the internal sales team and was responsible for sourcing and servicing customers in various regions of England.
Pitera moved to Avigilon in 2016, initially holding the position of Inside Sales Team Lead for the UK, Ireland, and Sub-Sahara Africa. Lukasz then progressed to Regional Sales Manager and later Regional Sales Director for the Northern UK region. Throughout their tenure at Avigilon, Pitera demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, customer service, and team leadership.
Lukasz Pitera's education history includes completing various programs in the field of computer science and mechanical engineering. From 2003 to 2005, they attended the Podkarpackie Post Secondary school of computer science, where they obtained an NVQ4 degree in Computer Hardware. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, Lukasz attended The Grzegorz from Sanok secondary School of mechanical engineering, focusing on Advanced Motor Mechanics and earning another NVQ4 degree. Lukasz's education journey began in 1997 when they enrolled in The Grzegorz from Sanok School of mechanical engineering, where they completed their NVQ3 degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.
