Jeff Morgan has extensive work experience in the field of emergency response and contingency planning. Jeff founded Aviem International, Inc. in 1999 and currently serves as the President/CEO. At Aviem, they focus on helping companies develop effective emergency response plans. In 2000, they became the Chairman of the Family Assistance Education & Research Foundation. Prior to founding Aviem, Jeff worked at Delta Air Lines for over 20 years as the Manager of Emergency Response & Contingency Planning.

Jeff Morgan attended Georgia State University from 1973 to 1979, but no degree or field of study was specified. In 2023, they obtained the NBAA Certificate of Membership from the National Business Aviation Association.
