Lisa Weber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT asset management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Service Delivery at AvidXchange, Inc. since April 2018, Lisa oversees IT Asset Management and Service Asset/Configuration Management practices, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management in collaboration with various stakeholders. Previously, at Sears Holdings Corporation, Lisa held several leadership positions, culminating in the role of Director of Software Asset Management, where accountability included managing the lifecycle of enterprise software assets. With a background in managing ITIL processes and a commitment to operational excellence, Lisa has a proven track record of driving policy compliance and enhancing customer experiences. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a certification in Graphic Design from The Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg.
