Alex Darby has over a decade of experience in technical support and customer care, currently serving as the Partner Integration & Support Manager at AvidXchange, Inc., where responsibilities have included technical support for the AvidXchange suite of applications. Prior roles at AvidXchange included Technical Support Team Leader, Customer Success Manager II, Site Reliability Engineer, and various product support positions. Prior to AvidXchange, Alex held multiple guest services and accounting roles at Great Wolf Lodge. Alex earned a degree in Software and Information Systems with a minor in Graphic Design from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
