Laura Farrell has a wealth of experience in recruitment, starting as a Senior Consultant at Search Consultancy before moving on to become the Head of Recruitment at McCurrach Group within the Avidity Group Ltd. Currently, Laura serves as the Group Talent Management Partner at Avidity, where Laura is the main point of contact for Senior Leadership and niche skillset vacancies. Laura's educational background includes a BA Hons 2:1 in Business Management and Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University.
