Vicki M. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and HR Director at Avidbank since August 2017, Vicki previously held the position of Vice President HR Manager. Prior to Avidbank, Vicki was an Assistant Vice President and HR Business Partner at Bridge Bank from October 2011 to August 2017. Vicki’s career began at the Diabetes Society, where Vicki worked as HR, Programs, and Administration Manager from October 2002 to July 2011. Additional experience includes roles as HR Representative at Sanmina-SCI from 2004 to 2006 and HR Manager for the Western Region at Flextronics from 2000 to 2002.
