Eve Dery Hodnett is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Commercial Counsel at Avid since August 2022, and Consulting Counsel at Potomac Law Group, PLLC, also since July 2022, Eve operates as an Independent Legal Advisor through the Law Offices of Eve Dery Hodnett since February 2022. Previous roles include Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Grass Valley from August 2020 to October 2021, and SVP Legal, General Counsel, and Interim SVP Human Resources at GRASS VALLEY USA, LLC from January 2020 to August 2020. Eve's foundational experience includes serving as VP Legal, Worldwide Legal Division Head at Grass Valley from January 2011 to December 2019, and holding various legal positions at Technicolor from April 2003 to December 2010. Early career roles included General Counsel at Natrol, Inc. and Pharmanex. Eve holds a JD from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
