Eric Strasilla is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of equipment and tooling for the MicroLED and solar panel industries. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Avicena Tech, Eric has held similar roles at Nanosys and Glo-USA, focusing on MicroLED technology. Prior to these positions, Eric contributed to advanced engineering projects at companies such as Kateeva, where the emphasis was on OLED display manufacturing, and MiaSole, where Eric was instrumental in automating solar cell packaging. Eric's career includes significant roles at Xyratex, Applied Materials, NASA/Ames, and Watkins Johnson, showcasing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and project management. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
