After cutting her teeth at the Disney Institute and ADP, where she successfully managed several multi-million-dollar client relationships and supervised the technical development of teams of up to 10 associates, Shannon joined Avicado as Executive Assistant in 2020.

When she’s not helping ensure that the Avicado ship sails smoothly, Shannon can be found running with the Orlando Women’s Rugby Football Club, where she also serves on the executive board. She graduated from the University of Florida honors program with a B.S. in Business Administration and was captain of the women’s rugby team.
