Leah Ann Williams has a strong background in human resources, currently serving in a human resources role at Aviation & Missile Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this position, Leah was the HRIS, Payroll & Compensation Manager at Dynetics, Inc. from June 2004 to October 2022, where responsibilities included compensation analysis, compliance, and the compilation and publication of the annual Affirmative Action Plan, as well as other government reports like Vets-100 and EEO1. Leah earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, completing the degree between 2000 and 2005.
