Marisa Borg Muscat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in passenger handling and compliance, currently serving as the Safety and Compliance Manager and Head of Passenger Handling at Aviaserve Ltd since December 2017. In this role, Marisa manages the Passenger Handling Service Department, focusing on service standards, discipline, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Prior experience includes a decade at Air Malta plc, where Marisa held various positions including Credit Control Executive, Accounts Payables Executive, and Coordinator of Audit, Manuals, Quality & Training, where responsibilities encompassed credit decisions, payment management, auditing, and training new staff. Marisa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Malta.
