Bledar Ceribashi has extensive experience in leadership and management within the telecommunications and service industries. Currently serving as Team Leader at Aviaserve Ltd since January 2020, Bledar previously held the position of Head of Section for the Meters Control & Evaluation Unit at UKT sha from December 2016 to January 2020. Bledar's career began at Albanian Mobile Communications, where a progression from Supervisor of the Fraud Prevention Unit (2005-2008) to Sales Manager (2008-2020) was achieved. Bledar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kristal University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
