Michael Rosenblum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, property management, and creative production. Currently serving as a Realtor at Aviara Real Estate since January 2020, Michael manages the transference of multi-million dollar real estate assets and leads teams through complex transactions. Previously, Michael was a Property Manager at J&S Property Management, overseeing a 36-unit apartment complex and its maintenance and tenant agreements. Additionally, Michael worked as a Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21® and gained creative experience as a Creative Director for Explanation Videos, coordinating video projects and providing voice-over narration. Michael's professional journey also includes voice acting for various commercial clients at AVO Talent. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Theatre from Northwestern University.
