Eva Puspita Indriyani is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Brawijaya. Currently serving as a Research and Development Supervisor at PT Avia Avian Tbk. (Avian Brands) since October 2020, Eva leads the development of water-based emulsion polymers for coatings, construction materials, and adhesives, while coordinating with the engineering team to implement development strategies and experimental plans. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Chemist, where Eva focused on polymer development and enhancement, and as a Laboratory Assistant at the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory of Brawijaya University, where responsibilities involved sample preparation and laboratory equipment maintenance. Additionally, Eva contributed as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Indo Acidatama Tbk PT (IA5), ensuring product quality and compliance with standards.
