Wayne "Rudy" Nimmo, MBA, PMP, is an experienced operational test and evaluation instructor and courseware developer at AVIAN since June 2022. Previously, Wayne served as a portfolio manager and section head for the US Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Force, managing multiple test programs with significant oversight responsibilities. Earlier roles include deputy director at the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center, assistant program manager with Commander Submarine Forces Atlantic, and various operational management positions aboard submarines. Wayne holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a project management certification from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
