George F. Franz, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. George F. then progressed to become the Vice President for the Test and Evaluation | Flight Support (TFS) sector, focusing on managing contracts and supporting strategic growth objectives. Finally, Franz served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AVIAN, overseeing all market sectors and operationalizing corporate strategy.

George F. Franz, PMP has an extensive education history, primarily focused on engineering and national security studies. George F. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in the years 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued higher education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School during the years 1998 to 2000. George F. also completed a Naval Test Flight Officer program in Systems Test and Evaluation Curriculum (Class 117) at the United States Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) from 1999 to 2000. Continuing their academic journey, George obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they received professional certifications throughout their career, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2015 and various Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certifications such as Level II Systems Planning, Research, Development & Engineering (SPRDE) and Level II Test & Evaluation. In 2007, they completed the Level III Program Management program at Defense Acquisition University and became a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps (DAC).
