David Mullins is a Senior Program Analyst specializing in UAS Flight Airspace Integration at AVIAN since September 2021. With a robust background in the US Navy from July 1997 to November 2021, David served in various capacities, including Department of the Navy Liaison for the FAA Eastern Service Area, Combat Direction Center Officer on the USS Abraham Lincoln, and War-Games Branch Chief at the Missile Defense Agency. Additional roles included Detachment Officer in Charge and Squadron Maintenance Officer in HSL-48, Lead Aviation Instructor at Surface Warfare Officer School, and operations in HSL-40 and HSL-44. David holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College (2006-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Virginia's College at Wise (1991-1996).
