Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro as owner/manager from November 2017 to November 2019. As a nutritionist from February 2016 to 2019 at a private consulting office and a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana obtained a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México, completed in 2015.
