Senthil Ramasamy is an experienced professional with over 18 years in the technology sector. At AVEVA, Senthil has held roles including Customer Support Manager, Customer Support Team Lead, and Senior Technical Support Engineer since March 2011. Prior experience includes service as a Senior Systems Analyst at Sonata Software from September 2007 to March 2011 and as a Software Engineer at Mysoft Solutions from July 2005 to September 2007. Senthil is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, following a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University (2002-2005) and a Diploma in Computer Technology from AVC Polytechnic College (1999-2002).
