Nilesh Awadhiya is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager and Head of External Supply Quality at Avet Pharmaceuticals since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nilesh held positions at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as AGM-CQ, where responsibilities included QMS management, audit management, and vendor qualifications, along with experience at Micro Labs Limited as Manager QA, overseeing validation projects and quality management systems. Nilesh began career at Piramal Pharma Solutions and M/s. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in validation roles. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and has furthered education in Data Analytics for Lean Six Sigma from the University of Amsterdam and advanced process improvements with Six Sigma from Kennesaw State University.
