Dawn Hinz is an accomplished legal operations executive with extensive experience in driving operational efficiency and technology integration within legal departments. Currently serving as the Legal Operations Director at Avery Dennison since July 2021, Dawn focuses on strategic delivery and process improvement for the global Law department. Previously, at Dell, roles included Senior Managing Legal Operations Director and Senior Digital Transformation Strategist, where Dawn led technology initiatives and managed team performance. Dawn's career also includes significant positions such as Global Knowledge Management & Technology Manager, SOX Program Manager, and Senior Internal Compliance Analyst at various firms including Texas Mutual Insurance Company, Freescale Semiconductor, Ernst & Young LLP, and MB Financial Bank. Dawn holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University.
