Behzad Nazari is an accomplished engineer and scientist with extensive experience in chemical process technology and materials science. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Chemical Process Technology at Avery Dennison since 2022, Behzad has previously held significant roles at Impossible Foods as a Senior Scientist focused on protein-based materials, and at Hollingsworth & Vose as a Scientist II specializing in advanced nonwovens for filtration. Behzad's academic background includes postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Penn State University, culminating in a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine. With a strong foundation in polymer science, Behzad has contributed to innovative projects involving composite materials, polymer processing, and product development across various industries.
