Salim Mortaji currently serves as the Regional HRBP for North & West Africa at a confidential company since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from Averda, where Salim has held positions as Senior HR Specialist and Senior HR Generalist since August 2013. Salim's expertise includes the implementation and deployment of human resources policies, management support, recruitment, onboarding processes, and internal mobility. Salim holds a Master 2 (M2) in International Management from the Institut Marocain de Management (2011-2012), a Master 1 in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Université Hassan II de Casablanca (2008-2009), and a Licence in Management Economics from the same institution (2004-2008).
